Gypsy Swing Primer for Players
This 10-week course focuses on gypsy swing repertoire and techniques: scales, chords and riffs specific to the genre. It includes a historical overview, some listening sessions and discography of the most influential gypsy swing players. Bring your own instrument. Meets Wednesdays (no class Nov 14), 5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
