Pride and Passion: The African-American Baseball Experience
This national traveling exhibition tells the story of how African-American baseball players from the late 19th century onward persevered through discrimination to excel at the sport they loved. The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum and the American Library Association Public Programs Office organized the exhibit with the help of a major grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
