Egg Tempera Painting
Revisit the time-honored tradition of egg tempera painting by mixing dry pigments with egg yolk to create your own masterpieces. This rich tradition went out of practice in the 1500s with the creation of oil-based paints. Students will be working on small pieces of prepared un-tempered masonite. Recommended for 6th graders to adults. Instructor: Andrea Pfeiffer. Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
The Center's classrooms, galleries and restrooms are fully wheelchair accessible.
