Talking Resolution: A Conversation on Violence, Restorative Justice and Human Rights
Two Wisconsin social justice experts discuss efforts to repair the harm caused by criminal behavior, committed both locally and abroad. Janine Geske is a Distinguished Professor of Law at Marquette University and former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice; and Scott Straus is associate professor of political science at UW-Madison and coordinator of the university's Wisconsin Human Rights Initiative. Their 2010 appearance was part of the Academy Evening series of free public forums, presented by the Wisconsin Academy of Sciences, Arts and Letters.
