Online Surveys
PortalWisconsin.org occasionally conducts surveys with the option of participating through PortalWisconsin.org. Apart from preference information you provide, survey responses are not correlated to any personally identifying information and are used in aggregate form to help us tailor PortalWisconsin.org's online services.
Online feedback
To send us e-mail through the feedback PortalWisconsin.org page, you must enter a name and e-mail address, and of course, your comments. In addition, you have the option of entering a city and state. This information is used to respond to your comments. It is also used in aggregate form for statistical purposes.
Online purchases and security
On line purchases are not available at this time.
