Description:Peninsula's impressive bluffs are part of the Niagara Escarpment. The Wisconsin State Legislature proclaimed 2010 the Year of the Niagara Escarpment. Peninsula protects Wisconsin's largest contiguous tract of this geologic feature. At Peninsula, see the bluffs by hiking the Eagle Trail, climbing the 75-foot tower or kayaking along the shore.
