Heritage Walking Tour
Racine Heritage Museum's Heritage Walking Tour is a 1.1 mile, 1.5-2 hour walking tour in downtown Racine. The passionate tour guides will share stories from several periods of Racine’s abolitionist, industrial, architectural, and immigrant history. Tours will not take place on May 25, Jun 29, Aug 31 or Sep 21.

Description:The Racine Heritage Museum's mission is to address and integrate the past and present cultural, industrial and agricultural heritages of our area through preservation, documentation and interpretation. One museum highlight that shouldn't be missed is an award winning exhibit entitled "Boat
Manufacturing in Racine," winner of a Certificate of Commendation in 1995 from the American Association for State & Local History. The exhibit chronicles the history of boat making in Racine County.
Operating hours are Tuesday through Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Saturday & Sunday 1:00-5:00 p.m. Free admission. Donations welcome.
