Otis Houston Jr.: My Name is My Word (in response to Jesse Howard)
Otis Houston Jr., best known for public performances and installation work on FDR Drive by New York’s East River, was at JMKAC in October 2022. Houston produced several signs in direct response to time spent encountering work by Jesse Howard at the Art Preserve, on view in this exhibition.
