Artist statement
Emily Jarrett creates heirlooms of fine art in a variety of mediums (charcoal, conte, pastel or oil paint). Jarrett paints portraits, florals, landscapes or still-lifes using the techniques and traditions of the Great Masters. Jarrett's portrait commissions not only capture an accurate likeness of her subjects but the personality and essence of the individual. Jarrett accepts portrait commissions of various sizes (head and shoulders, half-figure and full-figure). The fee is determined by the size and medium selected. Jarrett will collaborate with the client to create a unique work of art that will stand the test of time. Framing is available and all artwork is satisfaction guaranteed.

Biography
Emily Jarrett is a multi-generational artist. She has a Master of Arts degree from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and is a licensed therapist. Jarrett studied the works of the Great Masters and uses the techniques and traditions of fine representational art. Jarrett teaches art at Providence Academy and is a member of the Portrait Society of America. Jarrett's unique works of art are inspired by her love of faith, family and nature. Her portrait commissions celebrate the individual and are heirloom quality. Jarrett lives in La Crosse, Wis., with her husband and six children.
