Artist statement
I view nature as ever-changing, unpredictible, constant motion. A scene may change as quickly as the blink of an eye as the light shifts, or somewhat more slowly as the seasons revolve. It brings me great joy as a photographer to have the ability to capture what I see that very moment and have it become timeless.
Biography
Living in central Wisconsin has provided me with vast opportunities to explore my homeland through the lens of my camera. I became interested in photography after the birth of my first child. My objective then was to capture some photos of my new baby. Well, I was hooked, and things progressed from there. As our family grew, my husband and I delighted in sharing our love of the outdoors with our children. With the passing of time, I found that I truly love landscape photography and the challenges it presents.
