Artist statement
My art comes from deep spaces hidden in my soul. The image appears as the lines and colors fall together, all without thought or planning. People love my art and that makes me happy.
Biography
Mark Adams born in West Allis, Wisconsin, in 1954 and has always been creative. Art was never encouraged because Mark was also a gifted athlete. Mark spent his youth training in Milwaukee, California and Norway as a speed skater.
Mark is a self-taught artist whose work is fueled by his inner visions. Collectors, dealers and artists from around the world have been collecting his art and call it "bold and inspirational."
